All orders continue to be dispatched within 2 business days.
We are currently offering complimentary standard shipping via Australia Post on all domestic orders, however please be aware that Australia Post are currently experiencing delays due to flight restrictions, therefore there may be a slight delay in receiving your order.
International orders continue to be shipped via Australia Post International Express service, however please be aware that Australia Post are experiencing significant delays on International orders due to flight cancellations and restrictions.
All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post Overnight Express service.
There is a shipping charge of $10 for all Australian orders.
All orders will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post International Express service. This service takes up to 4 business days, is fully trackable and requires signature on delivery. There is a shipping charge of $40 for all International orders.
Please note, International orders may incur a custom duties tax upon arrival. Each country has its own customs laws and the duties for different types of goods and values are set, per local regulations. Kindly contact your local customs agent for a price estimation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
We kindly ask our customers to provide correct information as ÖÖSEL cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
Australia Post is a trusted service and, as such, ÖÖSEL will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
Please note, returns are at the expense of the customer and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to our Head Office.
We hope you are pleased with your ÖÖSEL order, however if for any reason you are not satisfied or would like an exchange, we will happily provide a refund (excluding original shipping charges), provided the item adheres to our return policy. Please note, unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items.
In order to provide our customers with the most efficient method of exchanging, kindly re-place your order online, and once receiving your goods for return, your refund will be issued.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to request a Return Authorisation Number. All returned goods must have an RA number included to be processed.
Goods must be returned with in 14 days of receiving your order.
Goods must be returned un-worn, and original saleable condition, with tags attached.
Goods must be returned with original brand packaging.
Please note that refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
ÖÖSEL monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, returns and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.
Items purchased as a pre-order are to be paid in full at the time of order. Please note that delivery dates are an estimate, however we will do our very best to deliver on time and will keep you updated along the way.
Cancellation on pre-ordered items will only be accepted within 14 days of the order placement.
Once the goods have been received, our standard return policy will apply.
