to continually improve our brand sustainability we offer a pre-order period before the launch of each new collection.
during this short period, customers are given the opportunity to order new styles with a 15% discount.
this is a way to thank our customers and reward them for choosing sustainably.
by opening orders before production, we are able to produce units that have already been sold, reducing the risk of wasted stock. we will produce a very limited run of additional units, available to be purchased online.
orders will be shipped approximately 4 - 8 weeks after placing a pre-order online. however, please take note of the expected delivery date specific to each collection. This can be found on each product page.
if for any reason you are not satisfied or with your order, we will happily provide a refund (excluding original shipping charges) after receiving your order. please refer to our standard return policy for further information.
